Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your R.A.D® performance gear. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the gear passes inspection.
